Annual Assembly 2017 Farewell Cocktail for Ambassador Clare Kelly
We are pleased to invite all members to the 2017 ANZMEX Annual Assemblywhich will take place on Thursday 9th of March from 18:00 to 21:00.
The Assembly will be preceded by a farewell cocktail in order that ANZMEX members can thank New Zealand Ambassador Clare Kelly for there support and to wish her the very best in her new role.
In addition to legally required elements referred to in the Convocatoria, we will discuss our plans for 2017 and invite members to share their perspectives with us.
Undertaking the Annual Assembly is a legal requirement for our Association and thus we must comply with the legal procedure regarding the number of attending members in order to make the voting process valid. Therefore it is of utmost importance that each member is represented* and that the arrival time is respected. In the case that you are unable to attend we request that you complete the attached PROXY FORM, nominating your representative (ideally another member who will be attending or a member of your organisation). We kindly request that you confirm attendance or send your PROXY FORM no later than Friday 3rd of March.
(*Please note that our honorary members are not required to vote, we would very much appreciate their active involvement in the Assembly.)
* All cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will be charged.
