The Transpacific Strategic Economic Partnership Seminar, held this past Thursday 11th of October, had a very positive and successful turnout.
A historic perspective of the TPP, opportunities and challenges for Australia, New Zealand and Mexico as members of this Partnership, were just some of the interesting topics discussed in the morning student seminar.
The event afternoon program -held at ITESM Campus Santa Fe- consisted of a business seminar, moderated by distinguished Faculty Directors of ITESM, targeted towards guests within the private and public sector. Invittees were honoured with the presence and exposition of panelists:
Francisco Leopoldo de Rosenzweig, Sub-Secretary of Foreign Trade,
H.E Christine Bogle, Ambassador of New Zealand, and
Rachel Moseley, First Secretary of the Embassy of of Australia
After a very estimulating Q&A session between panelists and attendees, guests engaged in a cocktail party in which they had the opportunity of continuing their discussions as well as developing networking relations. ANZMEX would like to thank our sponsors Macquarie, Center Group and Group Scouseg for making this such a successful event.
We would also like to acknowledge Secretaría de Economía, Austrade, New Zealand Trade & Enterprise, ProMéxico, Tecnológico de Monterrey and both the Embassy of New Zealand and Australia for their grand effort, support and active participation in the Seminar.
