The event took place at the restaurant "La Terraza" at the Hipódromo de las Américas where friends, members, colleagues and families got together with the aim of celebrating the shared tradition and passion between Australia, New Zealand and México for horse racing.
Attendees enjoyed an extensive buffet lunch, a three-hour open bar, activities for children, and a special race sponsored by ANZMEX. In this race, horses received the names of Australian and New Zealand cities, and the winning horse (Auckland) and its jockey were presented with an ANZMEX Business Council blanket by Ambassador Clare Kelly in the winners' circle.
