An exclusive Australian and New Zealand wine tasting paired with gourmet dishes prepared by a decorated Aussie chef using premium Fonterra dairy products — plus an exciting fundraising auction.
This special evening will be hosted by Kate Brown de Véjar, President of ANZMEX, with the support of Rachel Moseley, Australian Ambassador to Mexico, and Sarah Ireland, New Zealand Ambassador to Mexico.
Join Catriona Forrester of Bushland Vignerons as she guides a curated tasting of premium Australian wines, complemented by gourmet hors d’œuvres from acclaimed chef Tristan Newman, former head chef at Martínez and sous-chef at Máximo Bistrot.
