Organisations around the world, sooner rather than later, will seek to resume their operations. When doing so, companies will face major challenges in a rapidly-changing business environment. The new normal may include new laws, guides, and protocols that will continue to evolve at a faster pace than before. Employees will demand better working conditions and benefits when cost may need to be reduced at the same time. Finding the right balance will not be straightforward.
This webinar will try to answer or at least explore the question: What do companies need to consider to protect employees, investments, and the environment when business activity is resumed ?
Ms. Catalan is a Chemical Engineer with twenty-six years of experience as an EHS consultant for several industrial sectors including O&G, mining, chemical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, automotive, and food & beverages. Her main areas of expertise include Safety Cultural Transformation, Contractor Management Programs, Process Safety, EHS audits, compliance review, implementation of EHS programs, accident investigations, implementation of EHS programs, and implementation of EHSS management systems, lead auditor for management systems. Ms. Catalán has international experience working in Latin America and Canada.
